Who we are

Affiliate Funnel AI is operated by Tim Brydges. This policy covers our website, members area, and the information we process to provide funnel creation, publishing, lead capture, and delivery. Contact warriorplus@timbrydges.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect and why

We process your account email, authentication identifiers, profile information, subscription and purchase records, support messages, and the content you provide. This includes offers, prompts, generated content, funnels, uploaded assets, and subscriber information. We use this information to provide the service, verify paid access, deliver email, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Our infrastructure may also process IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and security or error logs.

Optional Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier, email and verification status, and basic profile details such as your name and profile picture. Supabase processes these details to authenticate you and associate your Google identity with your account. We do not request Gmail, Drive, contacts, or calendar access. Google sign-in is optional; email/password login remains available. Use the same verified email as your existing account to preserve access.

We use Google sign-in data for account authentication and account support, not advertising or sale to data brokers. You may revoke Google access through your Google Account connections. Revoking Google access does not cancel your subscription or delete your Affiliate Funnel AI account; contact us separately for deletion or use your payment provider to cancel renewal.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Supabase for authentication, database and storage services; Vercel for hosting; OpenAI for AI generation; and Resend for supported email delivery. Content submitted for AI generation is sent to the AI provider to process your request. Avoid submitting passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in prompts. Payment providers, including WarriorPlus and Stripe where offered, process checkout and billing under their own policies. We receive the purchase and subscription information needed to administer access, rather than your complete card details.

Providers receive information needed for their services and may process it outside your country. Authorized operators may access information for support, security, and administration. We may disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, abuse, or threats to the service. We do not sell your Google sign-in information.

Cookies, analytics, and affiliate tracking

Authentication uses cookies and browser storage to maintain sessions. Our sales metrics count page views and checkout clicks; those first-party measurements respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting. WarriorPlus checkout and affiliate tracking may use their own identifiers and cookies. Published customer funnels can also use tracking configured by their owner, including Google Analytics or Meta integrations. Such tracking can process visits, campaign identifiers, device information, and conversion events. The funnel owner is responsible for their disclosures and any required consent. Do Not Track support for our sales counters does not mean every third-party service responds to that setting.

Subscriber and published funnel information

When you submit information to a customer’s funnel, that customer receives it and decides how to use it. Contact that customer about their marketing, or use the unsubscribe link in their messages. We process captured leads and delivery information to operate their funnel. Published pages and assets may be accessible to anyone with their link; do not publish confidential information. Customers must have permission to upload or contact subscribers and must provide appropriate privacy notices.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information while needed to provide the service, administer billing, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect against abuse. Deletion may not immediately remove copies in backups or records that must be retained for these purposes. Contact our support email to request access, correction, export, or deletion; we may verify your identity before acting. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and policy changes

This service is intended for adults operating marketing campaigns, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will update this page when practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required, including before using Google data for a new purpose.
